  • Led the development of new brand identity, launched 2025, creating a brand fit for the moment, for survivors, and for a national thought leader.

  • Responsible for organizational messaging and messaging priorities, as well as public facing organizational statements, often with a short turn around time to take advantage of the press cycle.

  • Launched and manage the Safe Horizon Collective, an influential group of brand ambassadors agitating for change.

  • Led communications and media for the historic transition to 988 as the new dialing code for Lifeline.

  • Lead for national marketing campaigns, including OOH and paid digital marketing.

  • Managed national PR, including crisis communication, spokesperson and interview co-ordination and talking points, and overseeing media tracking. Worked with the NYT, Washington Post, CNN, CBS, the Hill, Boston Globe, USA Today, Good Morning America, and more.

  • Managed sector partnerships, developed and overaw the creation of new educational, advocacy, and public heath messaging content, and consulted on mental health storytelling for creators.

  • Managed department strategic planning, reporting, and budget of $14 million

  • Created first ever organizational digital “warehouse” of approved media statements, talking points, templates, and data reports by topic

  • Create and lead all communications to a national network of over 200 centers, including webinar planning and facilitation.
